Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from our fulfillment center in Charlotte, NC. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions via our carrier partners USPS and DHL Express.
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for express or international orders.
